This cover is so good! I love the smug look on the bot’s face versus the serious concentration on the scientist/tech. And I love the way you did the “bang bang”!
I think this cover is great love the expression on the android but the thing that really catches me is the light coming from where “maintenance” is being done lol really draws the eye (like with the bright iris ) and makes you wonder hehe maybe it’s an upgrade? Fun stuff
The use of that brilliant cyan to tie the title text to both the central figure’s eye and the computer screen is such smart color use, it really helps bring the whole piece together. Also good to see that there’s some expected safe play ahead thanks to one of the slightly less standard tools waiting on that workbench!
It’s so neat, what you do with color here. And the background diagram in the foreground reminds me of some of my fave children’s books, where there’s additional fun for the adults who take the time to look.
