Nearly two thousand people live here, and several times that number commute in and out every day. They’re mostly good, decent citizens: dlligent authors, dedicated artists, devoted fans, trusty commenters. They work hard and they play hard. Every so often they all come together as one for a community project, an exposition of their skills and talents. It’s a fine reminder of the good old days, when men were men, other men were other men, some other people were sometimes men too, maybe some men were other things as well, and you could still get a decent cup of coffee for a dollar. Simpler times.<\/p>\n
