With college admissions getting more competitive every year, many students find themselves asking: what can I do to give myself a better chance? We spoke with five hundred different college admissions counselors and higher education professionals, and the one answer every one of them gave us is: extracurricular activities! That’s right! Your success in school — and in life — may depend less on what you do in school, and more on what you do outside of school!
Here at Shousetsu Bang*Bang Prep, we want to make sure that all of our students can put their best feet forward and make the impressions they want to make. Adding some or all of these to a college application would certainly make any applicant stand out! Here are a few of the extracurricular activities we offer the precious angels under our care.
- robotics design and engineering competitions
- paired film critique
- literature and art appreciation seminars
- solo and ensemble music performance
- interpersonal dialogue
- volunteer teaching opportunities
- cross-cultural experiences
- peer review and commentary
- sexy makeouts
